Employee Motivation Film

The client required a film that would be memorable, something that would be shown again and again on their internal TV network. We chose the medium of dance to deliver this purely corporate message.

The script was visualised and specially choreographed, and performed by the Sadhya dance troupe. A film studio was kitted out as a black box with dance lighting by Gautam Bhattacharya. This made the stunning visuals possible. The film left a memorable and indelible impact on the employees.
