Golden Jubilee Commemoration AV

In 2013, 8 RajRif was celebrating its Golden Jubilee. They had just returned from Ladakh after having been devastated by the cloudburst and landslides. Quite a bit of their archives had been destroyed and the balance was locked up in trunks. Under these circumstances we took on the challenge of producing an AV that would highlight the achievements of this Regiment and at the same time make each soldier proud to be a part of this valiant force. We worked hard to source material from the Films Division, Photo Division, United Services Institute, and other sources. We did a creative shoot using their silver trophies and the Rajputana Rifles Centre War Memorial. Col Manish Sharma, CO had this to say of our production “The documentary was applauded by all present and has set a benchmark for others to emulate. I am in receipt of letters of appreciation and words of praise for the excellent showcasing of the Golden Saga of the Rathedaung Battalion”. Very high praise indeed.
